I’ve completed ISO/IEC 42001 Lead Implementer training (the international standard for AI management systems) and build governance around it: an honest register of where AI is actually in use, policies people can follow, risk assessment proportionate to the organisation, and accountability that survives an awkward question.
I build this for UK sport organisations and SMEs in particular — organisations that need real governance at a scale that fits them. Eighteen years coaching elite athletes means that in sport, I’m not an outsider with a framework; I know how these organisations actually run.
